Carl Breau
CEO
Carl Breau is the CEO of Saimen and based in Shanghai and in Canada. He has a Master degree in mechanical engineering. Mr Breau cumulates more than 25 years in manufacturing management. He is also the laureate of the “Young Engineer Exceptional Achievement Medal” award (1999) given by the Canadian Council of Engineer.
Jing Liang
COO
Jing Liang holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Trade from Fudan University. She is responsible for all engineering and manufacturing operations at Saimen. She has more than 12 years of purchasing and management experience.
